Charles T. Rahn, founder of A Very Private Eye, is a Rollins College graduate and retired technical investigator from the Orlando Police Department.
Mr. Rahn started his law enforcement career with the Gainesville, FL. Police Department in 1968, working there for two years as a patrol officer. While employed by the Orlando Police Department for over twenty years, he rose through the ranks, conducting and supervising numerous covert camera installations, wiretaps, eavesdropping ops, technical sweeps counter measures (TSCM) and other specialized operations. He is the inventor of the Hostage Phone, now in use worldwide by law enforcement agencies. Mr. Rahn was assigned to assist the Metropolitan Bureau of Investigation, FBI, Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and many local sheriff's offices and city police departments during his tenure with the Orlando Police Department.
Since entering the private sector, Mr. Rahn was awarded his investigator's license in 1991. Five years later, A Very Private Eye, Inc. was formed and has served the legal and business communities as well as private parties ever since. Mr. Rahn has performed and managed numerous investigations into a variety of legal matters including civil, criminal, corporate, domestic and other surveillance-related matters. |
